What we handle

What your digital event includes

We bring together the content, streaming access and interaction tools to build a consistent experience for each audience.

Filming & content

Combine multi-camera direction, sound and visual graphics to carry your message on screen.

Content designed for digital
  • Filming: High-quality recording and streaming of picture and sound, thanks to our equipment and technical expertise: HD/4K multi-camera filming, sound, live direction and mixing, suitable technical staging.
  • Content Creation: Production of digital media to enrich your event and showcase your message: corporate and promotional videos, motion graphics and LED screens, custom visual graphics, integration of pre-recorded content. For visual identity, we work with a specialist partner, an art director and designer: she designs the visuals for your screens and graphics, and can also handle your printed materials.
  • Digital Event: 100% online: A fully online event, where attendees connect via the internet to follow conferences, workshops, product launches and more. These formats offer maximum flexibility and global reach (webinars, live streaming, live Q&A, virtual networking).

Streaming & confidentiality

Organise the streaming, access and backups according to how sensitive your discussions are.

Streaming with controlled access
  • Secure Streaming: Reliable, secure live streaming solutions, suited to any type of event and any audience size: market platforms (Microsoft Teams town halls, Zoom, Twitch) or a player embedded directly in your website, access management and authentication, redundancy and high availability, real-time connection statistics.
  • Security & Confidentiality: Rigorous protocols to protect your sensitive data and keep your discussions confidential: multi-factor authentication, encryption of data and communications, access rights management, compliance with GDPR and industry standards.
  • Hybrid Event: In-person + Digital: A combination of an in-person and an online event, allowing an on-site and a remote audience to take part at the same time. This approach combines the best of both worlds for a richer experience (dual audience, health safety, full flexibility, cross-interaction).

Interaction & hybrid formats

Connect on-site and remote attendees with discussions, votes and participation tools.

An engaged audience, wherever it is
  • Interaction Tools: Interactive systems to engage your remote audience and encourage active participation: real-time moderated chat, interactive polls and questionnaires, Q&A sessions, virtual networking features.
  • Hybrid Solutions: Technical set-ups that build bridges between on-site and remote attendees for a unified experience: integration of remote attendees on stage, simultaneous interpretation systems, video walls and immersive set-ups, smooth two-way interaction.
  • Live streaming of a physical event: An in-person event can be filmed and streamed without becoming hybrid if the remote audience remains a spectator.
  • Interactive hybrid set-up: The hybrid format requires an experience designed for two audiences, in the room and remote, with interaction, moderation and support.
  • Replay & post-event use: The value does not stop with the live show: replays, clips, internal content or sales materials extend the impact.

The technical running of a reliable digital event

Success depends as much on preparation as on the platform used.

  1. Audience and equipped stage in the CIGRE auditorium
    CIGRE · plenary session

    Defining the audiences

Define who attends, from where, with what level of interaction and which access constraints.

    • Key point: distinguish viewers, speakers, moderators and internal teams.
    • Type of event: conference, webinar, virtual trade show, product launch, general meeting...
    • Target audience: number of attendees, location, profile (general public, employees, clients, investors).
    • Key objectives: corporate communication, training, networking, lead generation, etc.
    • Specific constraints: budget, timescales, particular technical requirements, accessibility.
    • Access for large companies: in many groups, the company's Microsoft Teams space (its "tenant") blocks outside connections. We settle this in advance with the client's IT department, so that external speakers can join the live show.
  2. Technician cabling a video rack before the event

    Technical architecture

Choose the streams, filming, encoding, platform, graphics and interaction tools.

    • Key point: connect user experience with streaming constraints.
    • Streaming platforms: Microsoft Teams town halls, Zoom, Twitch, or a player embedded in the client's website for a public event, chosen according to capacity, security and interaction tools.
    • Audiovisual quality: definition of the video recording and sound standards to ensure a smooth broadcast.
    • Technical scripting: detailed planning of transitions, sequences and interactions to keep attendees engaged.
    • Stage integration: coordination with your teams for a harmonious fit within the overall scenography.

    Tests & rehearsals

Test connections, media, transitions, access rights, sound, picture and failover scenarios.

    • Key point: rehearse the critical sequences with the real speakers.
    • Technical development: configuration of streaming platforms and interaction tools to your specifications.
    • Filming solutions: installation of audio and video equipment for the best quality.
    • Transmission systems: set-up of secure, redundant network infrastructure for a flawless broadcast.
    • Integration tests: thorough checks of every component and of how they work together.
  4. Camera operator filming a Paris 2024 press conference
    Paris 2024 · filming

    Live & replay

Supervise the live show, monitor the streams, assist attendees and prepare the post-event deliverables.

    • Key point: ensure continuity between the live show, the replay and the use of the content.
    • Technical control room: live supervision of every technical aspect for a smooth broadcast.
    • Attendee support: real-time technical assistance to quickly solve any connection or access problem.
    • Interaction moderation: management of questions, polls and chats to encourage engagement.
    • Real-time analysis: constant monitoring of participation metrics to adjust the running order.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Find the answers to the most frequent questions about our digital and hybrid events.

What types of events do you handle?

We handle a wide range of digital and hybrid events, including professional conferences, corporate seminars, product launches, general meetings, virtual trade shows, interactive webinars, online training and workshops, and internal corporate events. Our technical expertise allows us to adapt to any type of event that needs a quality digital presence.

Do you work with specific suppliers, or can we keep our usual partners?

We are flexible and can work with your usual partners to keep your event identity consistent. Our role is to coordinate the technical side and ensure all suppliers fit together smoothly. If needed, we can also recommend digital event specialists we regularly work with, to ensure the best quality.

How do you ensure the quality of your services?

Quality is our absolute priority. We have set up a rigorous process that includes: detailed planning with a precise technical brief, complete tests before the event, an experienced technical team dedicated to the event for its whole duration, latest-generation equipment, and redundancy systems to ensure continuity of service in all circumstances.

After each event, we also hold a debriefing to assess our service and identify areas for improvement.

Can you handle only part of the event, such as logistics or technical?

Absolutely. We offer a modular approach to our services, so you can entrust us with only the specific aspects you need. Whether it is the technical side (streaming, filming, sound), digital logistics or overall coordination, we can step in where needed and fit fully into your existing organisation. This flexibility lets you benefit from our expertise where you need it most.

How do you handle legal aspects and local regulations?

We attach great importance to legal and regulatory compliance. Our team ensures compliance with the applicable legislation, in particular copyright (SACEM, broadcasting licences), personal data protection (GDPR) and the permissions required for video recording. All our contracts and processes are designed to provide the best legal security.

What is the difference between a digital event, a hybrid event and streaming?

A digital event takes place entirely online. A hybrid event connects an in-room audience and a remote audience. Streaming is a technical distribution component, which can serve either format.

How do you secure the live show?

Security comes from tests, speaker preparation, stream monitoring and checking access before the event. For the network, we double the paths:

  • Several operators: encoders fitted with 5G cards from different mobile operators, in addition to the venue network.
  • Two encoders: two separate encoders, each with SIM cards from different operators.
  • Two electrical circuits: the streaming equipment is not plugged into a single circuit, so that one outage does not cut the live show.
  • UPS: a backed-up power supply on site to cover a power cut.
